Can I do this with my current training plan?

Yes! Our courses are designed to work in conjunction with your current training plan or in place of one. Our programs are designed to provide a balanced approach to improving overall health. If you desire more movement, you can always add in additional activities as tolerated! We always encourage movement!

Which program is right for me?

It comes down to whether you are hypermobile or not. The starting program choice is either Limitless or Hypermobility. Both are designed for individuals navigating pain and injuries. The only difference is Hypermobility is designed specifically for individuals who are hypermobile (HSD, hEDS, or suspected hypermobility). Still not sure? Contact us.
