Whealth Momentum App

The following provisions apply specifically to the Whealth Momentum mobile application, which is operated through the Everfit platform (the “Whealth Momentum App”).

These provisions supplement the remainder of this Privacy Policy. To the extent there is a conflict between this section and another portion of this Privacy Policy regarding information collected through the Whealth Momentum App, this section will govern.

1. Health and Fitness Data

The Whealth Momentum App may collect and process health-related and fitness information, including:

  • Workout activity
  • Exercise logs and workout history
  • Program progress and completion data
  • Heart rate
  • Fitness and activity metrics
  • Information entered through forms, questionnaires, check-ins, or other App features
  • Information synchronized from supported devices or services that you choose to connect

This information is collected when you provide it directly or authorize the Whealth Momentum App to access it

We use health and fitness information to:

  • Deliver workouts and exercise programming
  • Record workout activity and completion
  • Track progress within the App
  • Provide fitness and progress insights
  • Personalize your experience within the App
  • Synchronize information across supported devices
  • Provide technical and customer support
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the functionality of the App

We do not sell health or fitness information.

We do not use health or fitness information for advertising, targeted advertising, advertising profiling, or unrelated marketing purposes.

Health and fitness information may be processed by Everfit and other service providers that are necessary to host, operate, secure, maintain, and support the Whealth Momentum App. These providers may access information only as reasonably necessary to perform services on our behalf and are subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

Access to health and fitness information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who reasonably require access to operate, administer, secure, or support the Whealth Momentum App.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect health and fitness information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


2. Device Permissions and Connected Services

The Whealth Momentum App may request permission to access certain device features or connected services, such as:

  • Health and fitness platforms
  • Wearable devices
  • Notifications
  • Device information
  • Location information, where necessary for a specific feature

Information from a connected device or service will be accessed only after you authorize the connection or grant the applicable device permission.

You may manage or revoke these permissions through your mobile device, connected-service, or App settings. Disabling a permission may prevent certain parts of the Whealth Momentum App from functioning properly.

Information exchanged with a connected device, health platform, or other third-party service may also be governed by that third party’s privacy policy.


3. Whealth Momentum Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Whealth Momentum account and the Personal Information associated with it through the account or settings area of the App, where available.

Please use “Delete My Account” as the subject line and include:

  • Your first and last name
  • The email address associated with your Whealth Momentum account

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and confirm that you are authorized to request deletion of the account.

Once a verified deletion request is received, we will delete or de-identify the Personal Information and health-related information associated with your Whealth Momentum account, except where we are permitted or required to retain certain information for purposes such as:

  • Compliance with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations
  • Fraud prevention, security, and abuse detection
  • Resolution of disputes
  • Enforcement of our agreements
  • Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims
  • Maintenance of transaction and payment records

Certain information may remain temporarily in backup, archival, or disaster-recovery systems until those systems are overwritten or deleted in accordance with our standard retention procedures.

Communications sent through the Services, customer-support records, transaction records, comments, forum posts, or other content submitted to shared areas may not be subject to complete deletion. Where reasonably practicable and required by applicable law, identifying information associated with that content may be removed or de-identified.

Deleting the Whealth Momentum App from your device does not automatically delete your Whealth Momentum account or associated information. You must submit an account-deletion request through one of the methods described above.

The Whealth Momentum App and its content are provided for fitness, mobility, exercise, and educational purposes. They are not intended to provide medical advice or to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition.


Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Improve website and application functionality
  • Remember user preferences
  • Analyze traffic and usage
  • Measure the performance of our Services
  • Deliver relevant advertising, except that health and fitness information collected through the Whealth Momentum App is not used for advertising

These advertising technologies are not intended to access or use health and fitness information collected through the Whealth Momentum App.
