Meet the Whealth Team
We help you overcome pain so you can get back to doing the things you love. Every member of the Whealth team has lived through pain, injury, and recovery—and we use those experiences to guide you forward.
Founder | Movement & Pain Specialist
Andrew Dettelbach
Since 2012, Andrew has dedicated his career to helping more than 22,000 people overcome chronic pain through education and intelligent movement.
Andrew’s approach is deeply personal. Living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and a severe 10 mm L4–L5 disc herniation, he spent years battling debilitating back pain, sciatica, and mobility limitations. After being advised to pursue surgery—with no guarantees—Andrew chose a different path.
By rebuilding movement patterns, strengthening his body, and restoring confidence in motion, he overcame his herniation without surgery. That journey became the foundation of the methods he teaches today.
With a degree in Kinesiology (pre-physical therapy) and certifications including FRCms, Onnit Durability, and CF-L1, Andrew chose coaching to create meaningful impact beyond the constraints of traditional healthcare. His experience working hands-on and online with thousands of cases continues to refine Whealth’s approach to pain and performance.
“Pain doesn’t define you—but how you respond to it does.”
CO-FOUNDER, RN (NON-CLINICAL ROLE), FRCms
Katie Dettelbach
Katie’s passion for health and wellness began over 20 years ago as a critical care nurse. A Registered Nurse by background, she grew frustrated with a healthcare system that often lacked long-term solutions and education.
Her perspective changed forever after undergoing a six-hour surgery for pelvic organ prolapse repair and receiving a diagnosis of hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Experiencing firsthand the gaps in care, Katie became committed to exploring a better path forward through education and movement-based approaches.
She immersed herself in movement education, earning certifications in Pilates, Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms), and ONNIT Durability, while personally navigating injuries including disc bulges, diastasis recti, scoliosis, shoulder instability, and a hip labral tear.
Together with Andrew, Katie has helped develop programs that support individuals worldwide through education and movement. She is also a sought-after speaker, sharing educational perspectives on pelvic health, hypermobility, and chronic pain.
Katie participates in Whealth in a strictly non-medical capacity. She does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and her work is focused on education, movement, and general wellness support.
Her mission is clear: to empower people with knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to better understand and support their bodies.

Cameron Borch
Cameron’s journey with Whealth began through pain. After a debilitating lower back disc herniation left him bedridden with severe sciatica, he spent years searching for answers—only to be told recovery wasn’t possible.
Everything changed when he found Andrew’s work.
After completing the program in 2017, Cameron became completely pain-free and returned to an active life that includes powerlifting, bodybuilding, endurance sports, and mobility training. What once felt impossible became his new normal.
With a background in Industrial and Systems Engineering from USC, Cameron now supports Whealth through operations, marketing, and community engagement. His mission is deeply personal: to help others escape pain and rediscover what their bodies are capable of.
“I’ve been in pain. I’ve been stuck. And I know there’s a better way.”
