1. Acceptance of Terms (Clickwrap Agreement)
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Services from Whealth Holdings LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you affirmatively agree to these Terms by clicking “I Agree,” checking a box, or otherwise providing explicit consent.
You acknowledge that:

● Live and recorded coaching sessions
All Services are for educational and informational purposes only.
4. No Medical Advice or Medical Relationship
The Company is not a healthcare provider.
Nothing in the Services constitutes:
● Medical advice
● Diagnosis
● Treatment
● A provider-patient relationship
Any individual affiliated with the Company who holds medical credentials (including a registered nurse) is not acting in a medical capacity and is not providing medical care.
5. Medical Clearance Requirement
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
● You have consulted with a licensed healthcare provider before beginning
● You have been cleared to participate in physical activity
● You have no condition that would make participation unsafe
You accept full responsibility for verifying your fitness for participation.
6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK (IMPORTANT)
You understand that participation in fitness, movement, and wellness activities involves inherent risks, including:
● Muscle strains, sprains, or tears
● Falls or physical injury
● Aggravation of pre-existing conditions
● Illness, disability, or death
You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown.
7. WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY (IMPORTANT)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge the Company and its owners, members, employees, contractors, coaches, and affiliates from any and all claims arising out of or related to:
● Your participation in any program or activity
● Your use or misuse of the Services
● Any injury, illness, damage, or death
This includes claims based on negligence, except where prohibited by law.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
● The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
● Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services
9. Coaching Disclaimer
All coaching (including live calls, community responses, and messages):
● Is general and educational in nature
● Is not individualized medical, therapeutic, or professional advice
● Does not guarantee results
10. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
● Use the Services at your own risk
● Stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort
● Exercise reasonable judgment
● Seek medical attention when appropriate
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising out of:
● Your participation in the Services
● Your violation of these Terms
12. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by the Company.
You may not:
● Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
● Share login credentials
● Use content commercially without permission
13. Payments and Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms.
15. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in North Carolina.
You waive:

● Class action participation

● ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION
